Procedures are always explained to me in detail beforehand
I have been coming to this dental office since the seventies. Throughout the many years, this office has continually offered the best in dental care. All personnel have been, and are still today, respectful, caring, friendly, and genuinely supportive of my dental needs. This facility is a great place to come to. I am always greeted with a heart-felt "hello" and a smile. Concerning my dental care, everyone is professional and efficient. Procedures are always explained to me in detail beforehand, including insurance options, and upon the completion of each treatment, I leave satisfied. They all know me by name because everyone takes the time to know their patients! They are one big family, and that is how they make me feel...like family!

Excellent friendly service...
Came in this morning for cleaning. Got in on time ..no waiting ! Excellent service Nana, my Hygienist was very professional. Made sure that I was comfortable and work fast. The whole office staff is very friendly and professional. I've been coming to Dr. Hatakeyama and Dr. Nguyen office for many years and have always had excellent friendly service...

Everyone is pleasant, friendly, and sincere
I have been with this dental team since the late 70's. I continue to be thoroughly impressed and pleased with the pristine service and special treatment I receive upon every visit. Everyone is pleasant, friendly, and sincere about how much they care about my dental health. I will continue as a patient until I am told otherwise.

Honestly the best dental experience I've ever had.
As is the case for most people- going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but from the receptionist, the hygienist, to the dentist, everyone makes it an enjoyable experience. Honestly the best dental experience I've ever had.

Everything went very well today...was abit worried about having a new crown put in. Dr N did a great job. No pain at all, and I was thrilled to get actual crown done on the same day! Anna was so caring and took good care of me during the wait time. The whole process was only 2 hours...Thank you both so much!

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are amazing! I went in as an emergency as I had knocked my tooth out and they were all so concerned and helpful. Dawn and June made sure that I was taken care of and Dr. Nguyen made sure that I left looking and feeling great, and, that I had all of the information I needed to make an informed future decision. I recommend going here
I have been a patient for a few years now and so far I've had good experience. I bring my children here and most of our visits were on time, not much waiting. A plus since my doctors appts usu always there is a wait. The staff is very friendly and they get the job done right. Dr. Nguyen who works with Dr. H. is very good. I have been to a few dentists around the area and I'd say the docs and staff in this office is one of the better one. So yeah, I recommend going here.

I love going to Dr. Nguyen's office. The staff is super nice and I really trust him with my teeth. I feel he cares about the health of my teeth rather than my wallet. He is a charismatic young man who seems to care for people. His hands are steady and sure...and very gentle. This guy knows what he's doing. My hygienist, Rosa, is awesome! I am such a big baby when it comes to having my teeth cleaned and she is a pro at getting them cleaned with no pain..WOW...I take my kids and refer friends here.

great staff and they can put a crown in all in a day , they laugh at my jokes so i have to give 5 stars and candy on the way out , , I like that he has all the new stuff and is always going to classes to keep up the modern Dentist equipment that they use . thanks for the service and being in town

Great experience.
Great experience. My previous dental assistant was rough and made me feel really bad if I was lax in flossing, but I've been with Stephanie now for a couple of years and she is so great. It encourages me to take better care of my teeth because she is so friendly as opposed to the gloomy assistant I used to have.

First, replying to this message is not an intuitive exercise. It should be quite obvious to the unskilled user how one is supposed to enter comments. Second, I find your method of reminding me about my appointment to be very effective. The use of e-mail and text messaging is very, very good. Third, as much as I prefer to have Rosa be my dental hygienist, I had as pleasant an experience with the person who worked on me, but whose name I forget, as one might expect. Fourth, the office staff are very congenial. That makes for a positive experience. You have not yet convinced me that going to the dentist will be the highlight of my day, but it was definitely a plus. I am very grateful that you helped me find a replacement power cord for my electric toothbrush. Thank you.

I appreciated that the team
For the first time in my life I have a dentist that I feel comfortable with. Dr. Don Nguyen is extremely gentle and has an astonishing personality! He hasn't ever recommended any treatments that I felt were unnecessary. Every visit I have had with Dr. Don has been met with great results. His team is absolutely amazing and extremely customer service oriented. I appreciated that the team took the time to make me feel comfortable. For instance; they explained procedures, were gentle, and gave me an eye wear to relax during the procedure. Thank you Dr. Don and all of you who help him to be one of my favorite people!

After being gone to Alaska for about a year I came back to visit my dentist office to get a cleaning. Ms. Anna and Ms. Stephanie made me feel welcomed and greeted me with a smile right away. Neva was awesome and after talking to her it felt like I never left. It was great to see Dr. Nguyen again and he made me feel right at home. June and Mercy the dental assistants also greeted me with much love and lots of love. I have never experience another office like this one. Always enjoy my dental visit there. The office is clean. Staffs are professional, friendly & experienced. Dr. Nguyen is always great and spends time to not only check my teeth but examine my oral health. Finally, being a busy mom, I also appreciate the appointment reminder system.
